sThe contestant who signs the registration form declares to be aware of the regulations that govern the Spanish karting championships and cups, as well as the international sporting code, accepting them without reservation and undertaking to comply with any additional rules issued in accordance with the provisions of Chapter II Article 18 of the International Sports Code 2008. The RIDER who signs the registration form expressly declares under his responsibility that he holds the status of professional driver. Holder of a license issued by a country belonging to the E.U. other than Spain or by an assimilated country, declaring to the competent tax authorities of their country the income received in the form of salary or sponsorship, obtained through different motoring events.
